Compatible hardware is selected after the property survey and included in a separate fixed proposal. Hardware supplied by us includes agreed warranty terms and service coordination.

Frequently asked questions
Does the home stop working if the internet fails?
Essential automations and local controls are designed to continue on the DatiSense Hub. Remote access may be unavailable until the connection returns.
Can you install DatiSense outside Latvia?
Yes. We can prepare the system remotely, send a specialist on site or deliver an integration week. Travel and local regulatory work are quoted as objective additions to scope.
Is a subscription required?
No. The local hub and core automations work without a care plan. Connect, Care and Concierge are optional remote services.
What does the dashboard combine?
Energy, climate, security, cameras, mobility and compatible automation scenarios appear in one interface.
Can existing systems be connected?
Yes, where technically compatible. Devices, data sources and secure integration options are confirmed during the site audit.
How much does DatiSense cost?
Packages start at €890. End devices and project-specific integrations are quoted separately after the survey.
